Payment & production
Custom items enter production after payment is received. Once production has started or an item has been printed, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

These basics explain payment, turnaround, pickup, shipping, and custom production.
Turnaround
Most orders are ready the same day or next day. Timing can vary with product type, quantity, artwork readiness, and current workload.
Pickup updates
The print team emails the customer when an order is complete and ready for pickup. Please wait for that confirmation before visiting.
Shipping
Shipping cost depends on the finished package size, weight, and destination. The store confirms the shipping charge and provides tracking after shipment.
Artwork
High-resolution, print-ready PDF, PNG, or JPG files are recommended. The online preview is approximate and does not replace a production review of crop, color, and resolution.
